Customers placing the adverts and using the adverts are called the service users.
The items that are being advertised are modified cars.
1. All users placing orders or selling their cars through our service must be 18 and over. If otherwise customer must have permission of his parrent or lawfull carer.
2. modifiedcars4sale.co.uk does not take part in transactions between the service users. modifiedcars4sale.co.uk only gives the ability to place an advert and in the event of that does not take responsibility for any circumstances that do not happen to be true. The only responsible partie is the one placing the advert.Modifiedcars4sale.co.uk can not guarantee the honesty of any parties. modifiedcars4sale.co.uk does not verify the adverts placed within the service. The transaction is between both parties and those both parties only.

3. The customer agrees to the above terms and conditions ( that the service does not take any responsiobility for placed adverts and the conclusion of the contract is only between both parties-without the involevement of modifiedcars4sale.co.uk )
4. modifiedcars4sale.co.uk does not take part in any dispute that might accure between the parties involved. All disputes must be dealt between both parties excluding modifiedcars4sale.co.uk The service does not get involved into any disputes that end in court.
5. The service can only be used with accordance with law. Any distribution of the protected data by the british or international law is also prohibited. Its also prohibited to place any offensive material and that includes pornography.
6. Every advert placed within the service is verified by our staff. If any of the situations mentioned in 5. accur the advert will not be placed and the person placing the advert will not be notified of the changes.
7. Every suspicious looking advert will not be accepted nor published by a member of our team until a confirmation from the person placing the order will be provided to the service.
8. The items that are advertised within our service must be owned by the person advertising
or the person has a permission to sell the item (modified car). It is prohibited to sell items ( cars) coming from an unlawfull origin or cars that are being part of any court proceedings.
9. The contact details shown next to the advertisment can only be used for one purpose...and that is to contact the person placing the advert in order to place an order on the vehicle or negotiate the price of the advertised vehicle. Using these details in any other way (distribiution) is strictly prohibited.
10. Not complying with the terms and conditions of our service may mean termination of the advert placed without notifying the person involved.
11. The service user must not use the information obtained from our service for any commercial cases of his own.
12. The service user provides all his details voluntarily and according to data protection act allows the service to use his data for marketing purposses. The service user must also understand that:
a) all data is held only by modifiedcars4sale.co.uk and that service only
b) he/she can look into all his personal data and make any changes whenever needed and also provides the service with his e-mail address for marketing purposses ( which include any offers provided by modifiedcars4sale.co.uk)
If the user does not agree with these terms and conditions he/she must not use the service at all.
13. modifiedcars4sale.co.uk service can at any time make changes to the terms and conditions without earlier notification of any of the service users.
14. modifiedcars4sale.co.uk does not takle any responsibility for content of the advert ( words nor photos).
15. modifiedcars4sale.co.uk can also NOT ACCEPT an advert or withdraw it from the site at any time without any notice.
16. All disputes that accure from using the service for whatever reason must be dealt with excluding the service modifiedcars4sale.co.uk in court
17. It is strictly prohibited to provide any phone numbers that will jeopardise the person to paying high amounts of money for the telephone calls.
18. Placing an advert on our site means also to agree to all the terms and conditions stated by modifiedcars4sale.co.uk
19. All photos uploaded to our service MUST NOT have any other web address than modifiedcars4sale.co.uk
20. Using the registering with our service is absolutelly free
21. The service user can at any time change his account with our service or simply delete it. If a deletion accurs by the service user all data is destroyed and no longes used for any marketing purposes.
